I was a skeptic, but I must say after 40 years of driving and getting screwed by every insurance company along the way that Progressive has been GREAT. Just the fact that anytime I call I seem to get a human being from the USA who has a command of the English language alone is a giant bonus. When shopping for insurance they gave me the best quote and I thought that getting a discount for plugging in the Snapshot device couldn’t possibly pan out, but it has been worth the initial fear caused by the little beeps from under the dash. In a strange way I think I may actually miss the ability to see my driving log records posted on the Progressive web site when I have to turn the Snapshot back in.

I could be selling so many more policies with the snap shot if it was in for a shorter amount of time.
